1. Full Refund – Within 30 Days
You are eligible for a 100% refund of the paid contract amount if:
The cancellation request is received within 30 days of the contract start date, and
No service request has been initiated, approved, or fulfilled during this period.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
2. Pro-Rated Refund – After 30 Days
If you cancel your service contract after 30 days, a prorated refund may be issued based on:
The number of months remaining in the contract, minus
Any amounts related to claims paid, service visits, or dispatch fees, and
An administrative fee of up to $75.
If the cost of services rendered exceeds the refundable amount, no refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Services have been performed under the contract.
The contract was sold under a “no cancellation” promotion or special pricing.
The contract term has expired at the time of cancellation.
