1. Full Refund – Within 30 Days
You are eligible for a 100% refund of the paid contract amount if:
- The cancellation request is received within 30 days of the contract start date, and
- No service request has been initiated, approved, or fulfilled during this period.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
2. Pro-Rated Refund – After 30 Days
If you cancel your service contract after 30 days, a prorated refund may be issued based on:
- The number of months remaining in the contract, minus
- Any amounts related to claims paid, service visits, or dispatch fees, and
- An administrative fee of up to $75.
If the cost of services rendered exceeds the refundable amount, no refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Services have been performed under the contract.
- The contract was sold under a “no cancellation” promotion or special pricing.
- The contract term has expired at the time of cancellation.
